In 2006, NAPC Board members met with Moderator Catrelia Hunter and PW staff Ann Ferguson to discuss the possibility of NAPC joining in the planning and participation for the 2009 Presbyterian Women's Churchwide Gathering. We were warmly received. Since then, Karen Cobb, Rebecca Harrison, and Rebecca Tollefson have been busy on the Education and Plenary Teams. They have taken various responsibilities as a part of these teams. The theme for the Gathering, which is reflected in the logo, is "God Will Do Wonders Among You.," taken from Joshua 3:5. This theme will be carried through the various plenaries and worship experiences during the Gathering.
